Validation

  • Analysis. Microbiological and sensory analysis of the samples produced.
  • Validation. Approval of the product analysis in consultation with the client.
  • Release. Release with the Globemilk quality guarantee. This guarantee is only issued for the best products.

If everyone is satisfied with the new products, a microbiological test takes place. It is not until all criteria are have been met that the highest quality guarantee is issued. A decision is then taken on the product specifications, which will form the basis for the packaging.

Recipe

  • Ingredients. Establish which ingredients are decisive for the product concept.
  • Formulations. Develop a formula based on optimum ingredients.
  • Laboratory. test Test the formula in the Globemilk laboratory.

The concept is made into products in the laboratory. The ingredients necessary are determined based on the ideal taste profiles. In this way, a balance is always sought between being tasty and healthy!

Production

  • Mixing. Establish which way the formula can be mixed.
  • Processes. Determine set-points and necessary production processes.
  • Filling. The actual aseptic filling of the desired products.

As soon as the formula is approved at laboratory scale, a production test is carried out on the processing of Globemilk. As part of this, the UHT heating is applied and the product acquires a physical form. Feedback is gathered based on samples. This is then used to optimise the product.
